3. How do I purchase a digital artwork?
Simply browse our collection, select the artwork you love, and follow the easy checkout process on our Shopify platform. After the purchase, you'll receive a link to download your high-resolution digital art file.

4. What payment methods do you accept?
Our store accepts various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other secure online payment options available through Shopify's platform.

5. How will I receive my digital art?
Upon purchase, you will an email and invoice of purchase. The picture will be in high-quality format, ensuring a pristine visual experience.

6. Can I get a printed version of the digital art?
Yes, you are only able to purchase physical copies of the artwork on a canvas.


7. Are the artworks limited edition?
Yes, many of our artworks are limited edition, ensuring exclusivity and uniqueness for each piece. Please check the product description for edition details.

8. What is your refund and return policy?

You have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.

9. How can I use the digital art I purchase?
The digital art is for personal use only. It can be used as a display, for personal or business spaces, or as a in a picture or video background. Commercial use to promote or bring attention to in a positive light is allowed. If the picture were to be re-sold the owner must be aware that each picture in DMA appreciates.

10. How can I contact customer service?
For any inquiries or support, please contact us through our contact form on the website. We aim to respond within 24-48 hours.

Each request we receive at Digital Mind Art (DMA) undergoes a thoughtful
evaluation to determine its alignment with our brand ethos. We are

Return Policy

30-Day Return Period
You have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition as received: unworn/unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Starting a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at digitalmindart9@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon reception and immediately contact us if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for perishable goods, custom products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases, sale items, or gift cards.

Exchanges
For exchanges, return the original item and make a separate purchase for the new item once the return is accepted.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, without justification.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
